We have been in the IT industry for a while now and providing professional support to homes and businesses throughout the country.

Profile: Paren Raval - Managing Director
I graduated from a Foundation Degree in Computing (see below for more information). Prior to the Foundation Degree in Computing, I completed a City and Guilds Advanced Diploma in ICT Systems Support Level 3 which involved a lot of IT troubleshooting, hardware installations, networking etc. I achieved 3 Distinctions in the course and this meant my overall grade for the course is a Distinction - the highest possible grade available in the course. I am proud of this achievement as I skipped the Level 2 version of the course and went straight onto Level 3.

I am now at De Montfort University where I am studying the Computing BSc, which will be taught for 2 years.

The Foundation Degree that I mentioned earlier also included the CompTIA A+ and Network+ in the second year, I also gained these two internationally recognised qualifications.

I am also one of 13 Microsoft Student Partners in the UK for De Montfort University. This is the second year that I will be an MSP, a programme which I enjoyed being a part of during the academic year 2008/2009.

I've been very busy recently with providing IT services to my customers - the great thing is that I have never had to advertise as all my business came through recommendations! However, since RavalTech has been established, I am going to start some heavy advertising in order for the business to expand quicker. When I founded RavalTech, it was built on 2 core foundations - success and satisfaction. In my opinion, success within an organisation is everything - without success you do not have another core fundamental of a business, motivation. We at RavalTech believe in success and in order to succeed, we need the second and most important core foundation - satisfaction. Without satisfied customers, your business cannot grow. People will no longer recommend you to others and unsatisfied customers create bad publicity. It is for this reason that RITS believes in satisfaction as its number one priority.

I have a lot of visions and aims for the future. All my aims come down to 1 single factor - success. I am a highly motivated person that believes in succeeding - nothing more, nothing less. I have never enjoyed being 2nd or 3rd in anything, I always like to win in whatever it is I do.

Profile: RavalTech
Unlike many of the new and single manned companies that are around and have little or none experience at all, we have dealt with many different types of systems, from home use computer systems and networks to corporate network servers and operating systems. Obviously, experience in the IT industry is a key factor so that is why we stress you consider using somebody with experience such as ourselves, rather than the new IT companies out there that have little or no experience in the real world. RITS was built on success and passion - we only believe in success, not only for us, but for you, the customer too.

Vision
We are planning on expanding into different cities on a more regular basis due to the demand from customers who are based outside of Leicestershire. At present, we are currently establishing ideas on how this will be achieved.
