If you feel that you may need a lot of support then it may be more cost efficient for you to consider purchasing a Service Level Agreement (SLA) from RITS. This basically means that you pay us a certain amount of money (this will be calculated on your needs) and we provide support to you or your organisation. The amount of support you receive is based on the contract as some customers may opt not to receive as much support as other customers for example.
The great thing about our Service Contracts is unlike our competitors, ours are totally unique and custom made to the customer so you receive the type of support YOU want! Other companies can provide set amount of support in their contracts which mean you, the customer, either do not receive enough support or are paying too much for the amount of support you are receiving but needing. This may be a cheaper option for you instead of having to pay our call out charges every time you want support.
